Deposit Steps 

The deposit procedure is as follows.

  2. Click the “Account” tab.
  3. Click the “Deposit” tab.
  4. A list of deposit methods is displayed. Then enter the required information in the desired deposit method and click the “Deposit” button.
  5. Follow the step-by-step deposit instructions.
  6. This completes the deposit.

* The minimum deposit amount is 10 euros for all deposit methods except bank transfer.

 

Withdrawal Steps

The withdrawal procedure is as follows.

  1. Log in to your Mahjong Club account at the URL above.
  2. Click the “Account” tab.
  3. Click the “Withdraw” tab.
  4. A list of withdrawal methods is displayed. Then enter the required information in the desired withdrawal method and click the “Request Withdrawal” button.
  5. Follow the step-by-step withdrawal instructions.
  6. When the withdrawal request is approved by Mahjong Club, the withdrawal will be completed.

* Withdrawal processing time is usually about 48 hours.

 

General Payment Terms

Refund Policy

Mahjong operates with a 14 days cooling off period as is required by law for the purchase of the Mahjong gaming dollars (the “Product”). If the purchaser is not satisfied with their purchase for any reason whatsoever and has not logged in and used or redeemed any content of the purchase Product within 14 days from when it was purchased, Mahjong will refund any payment made to Mahjong in full. In any other case the Product is considered as used in its entirety and no refund or chargeback will be accepted.

Set Deposit Limits

We believe that you should be allowed to manage your own budget for playing Mahjong. You can restrict your weekly deposit limits. This function is set under My Account tab in the client. Please also read our responsible gaming section on the site.

Withdrawal terms

Below are a few reminders when withdrawing at mahjongclub.com.

  • The payee name entered for withdrawal must match the information you used when you registered for your player account.
  • You can only do a single withdrawal of minimum Euro € 10 per day.
  • You can withdraw money from any withdrawal method within your Personal Wallet.
  • Withdrawal to MasterCard or Visa is not possible – these will be handled using other methods.
  • Withdrawals are first processed back to the method(s) used to deposit. If you have a winning that exceeds the total deposits you can withdraw your money to the payment options below.

Submit KYC to prevent fraudulent activities

To protect against fraudulent activities such as money laundering, we may ask you to submit your ID when withdrawing.

Not all players are required to do so, but if we ask you to submit your KYC, please submit us the following three documents.

Three required documents to submit when asked for KYC:

1.Personal Identification – one photo ID from the following list:

  • Passport
  • Driving license
  • National Identification card (photographic)
  • Citizenship certificate

2.Address Verification – one of the following:

  • Utility Bill (less than 3 months old)
  • Copy of Bank Statement (less than 3 months old)
  • Resident’s card
  • Tax Bill

3.Source of Payment Verification (if you have used a credit or debit card to deposit)

  • Credit or Debit card front only used for deposit

*For your personal security please cover/blank out all digits except for the last four of the account and card numbers, leaving the start and expiry date visible.

 

Please take note

  • Please send documents that state your residential address. Unfortunately, documents addressed to a PO Box number is not accepted for validation.
